Wednesday stamina sessions.

Swimmers aged 10 and under are exempt if they consider two consecutive evening to be too tiring, but are welcome to attend if they wish.

Music sessions.

These are specific to each team and therefore only those members who are scheduled to attend are required to do so.

Flexibility

Please wear the correct clothes for flexibility. This session is to show you what you should be doing at home on a regular basis to keep you flexible.
