Our Waterkids course is specifically designed to provide an introduction to artistic swimming for our youngest swimmers before they join the main club. These sessions are run by Rushmoor Artistic Swimming Club coaches and take place at St George's School in Ascot at 9-10am on Sundays.

Aimed at girls and boys aged between 6-8 years, Waterkids has been designed as an introduction to the sport and will be taught using fun activities suitable for the novice artistic swimmer.

During this course, swimmers' progress is monitored and if all goes well, they can move up to Rays, the club's entry level group. As well as the Sunday session at St George's School from 10-11am, Rays has stamina and land training sessions during the week.
